MicroMaster can load, edit and run Boundary Scan vector files (SVF) that have been generated by 3rd party Boundary Scan software (see ASSET InterTech's ScanWorks® product range). This means that only one set of hardware (MicroMaster) is required to perform both Boundary Scan testing and CPU Emulation testing.
Boundary Scan tests are either run in the Interactive Mode, as shown above, or they can be scripted to run automatically in Operator Mode.
