Stand-alone Hardware Debug Solution
- Test Controller Card (TCC). Available in PCI and PXI form factors.
- Test Interface POD(s) for CPU Emulation and/or JTAG.
- Optional I/O Emulation Unit with closed-loop feedback to TCC. Eliminates the need to attach real devices when testing I/O ports. This shortens test times and improves diagnostics. A wide range of cards is available for this unit.
- Cable to UUT debug port.
- Cables to UUT I/O ports.
- UUT - any board with a processor. See our list of currently supported CPU's.
- Control PC - could also be a PXI chassis.
